The driver of a car that police say caused a three-vehicle crash which injured people last August in Rockland has been arrested.
Tanna Halvorsen, 34, of Littleton, N.H., was charged with operating under the influence resulting in a personal injury, according to Rockland Deputy Police Chief James Pease.
