Police nab Rockland man after he flees

A Rockland man fled from police after he gave a false name to officers -- which, unfortunately for him, also belonged to a person wanted by law enforcement. Christopher Billings, 28, was arrested around 11 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 21, after eluding officers for about an hour.
