Rockland police arrested a city resident Friday afternoon, July 27, following a year-long investigation into an overdose death.
Cody A. Gnosini-Rubenstein, 27, was arrested and charged with Class B trafficking in drugs, according to police.
Rubenstein was taken to the Knox County Jail in Rockland and was being held Friday evening in lieu of $7,000 cash bail.
