Man charged with manslaughter arrested for OUI

A 23-year-old Camden man indicted last month for manslaughter in the shooting death of his girlfriend in November, was arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence of drugs. Dylan Grubbs is charged with three counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, operating under the influence, and violation of condition of release.
