A Rhode Island man was arrested Friday morning after police said he stole a truck shortly after crashing his vehicle in Thomaston and fleeing.
Robert Bracken, 25, was arrested by Thomaston police on March 26 and charged with theft of the vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident, operating under the influence, felony violating a condition of release, and failure to report an accident.
